Once your stay is approved, all details will be emailed to you the day of your arrival. We do require a (2) two night minimum stay. Unfortunately there is a strict no pets policy. All bookings will be charged a $60.00 cleaning fee. We're sorry but this is unavoidable and professional cleaning is required to allow all guests to enjoy a clean, peaceful, and quality stay at The River House.
